The project was a Design Assist / Completion of a 25,000sf Community Center – 16 acre full site development, walks, C&G, asphalt paving and landscaping. The building includes 2 full basketball courts, theater stage and AV room, locker rooms, multipurpose rooms, full commercial kitchen with specialized finishes throughout the building.

The project was for the Sullivan Arena Ice Rink Replacement, Seating Replacement & Interior Improvements. The project entailed fast tracked renovation project of a 75,000sf Arena – removal of the existing ice rink concrete slab and replacement, installation of 13 miles of stainless steel refrigerator piping, installation of environmentally efficient CO2 refrigerant compressor, replacement slab replacement pour of 421 CY in a single pour, installation of new 250 KW emergency generator, upgrade of arena finishes including new entrances, painting, removal and replacement of 5000 spectator seating, new NHL safer dasher system and installation of $1.6M in owner furnished equipment.
